What is Wing Chun? 
Wing Chun can be translated as "Forever Spring" and is taken from the name of a young girl who was the first student of a Buddhist nun.
Wing Chun is a Chinese Martial Art, which has the reputation of being a very effective and practical self-defence system.
Wing Chun Kung Fu consists of short sets of movements called forms, accompanied by natural breathing that relaxes and develops the whole person, improving both physical and mental health.
The structure of the Wing Chun system has the advantages of being very simple to explain using geometry and ancient Chinese theories.
Who can do it?
Dedicated and enthusiastic people, who wish to join a group of like minded practitioners, all of whom wish to develop as martial artists. Wing Chun does not require special clothing or equipment, just loose comfortable clothes and soft-soled shoes.
What are the benefits?
Wing Chun is a practical no nonsense system that with diligence can lead to practitioners being able to defend themselves when necessary. Trainees are advised to practice each day.
What is offered in training?
There is nothing flashy, nothing instant, but if you keep at it it works.
Code of Conduct
There are certain responsibilities which come with learning martial arts.

- Do not disparage other martial arts or martial artists.
- Do not openly look to fight others.
- Make a commitment to practice your art everyday.
- Help others if you can.
